By this time,Engineer Md Washiqur Rahman Shubo from Nilphamari, the northern bordering district from Bangladesh, is elaborated in the construction, design and planning of this Education City Stadium. He now lives in Qatar for presenting his professional duties. On this occasionaly, many amazing stadiums have been made in the desert country of Qatar.

Md Washiqur Rahman Shubo playes a leading role in the construction of the Education City Stadium. He is the chief engineer for the structural design and planning of the construction of the stadium.

Engineer Md Washikur Rahman Shub’s father is Sheikh Nazmul Haque and mother is Afroza Haque . He is the eldest among his three brothers and sisters.
Generally,he passed SSC 1992 from Saidpur Railway High School. He passed HSC Cantonment Public School and College in 1994. After passing HSC he gained Civil/Structural Engineering at Khulna University of Engineering and Technology (KUET)
He joined Qatar as a stadium project engineer in 2016.After completion of construction in 2020, the stadium was used with a virtual event honoring the frontline workers of Corona.
He is Former Structural Engineer at Hill International,Inc.Former Senior Structural Engineer at The Louis Berger Group Inc.,USA. Now he Lives in Doha,Qatar.
Washikur's younger brother Dr. Wasim Bari Joy said, “I feel really proud as a brother and any father as a son .
