What is Hayya Card 

The digital Hayya Card is known as a Fan ID, is a document issued by FIFA World Cup in Qatar, and all persons must hold this card together with their match ticket to be permitted to enter the fooball stadium.


 

The government of Qatar has relaxed the entry rules for citizens and residents of the Gulf Cooperation Council or GCC member countries. From now on they can enter Qatar without a Haya card. The Qatari Ministry of Interior announced this in a statement on Tuesday (December 6). News The Peninsular.



According to Qatar's Ministry of Interior, residents and citizens of GCC countries who do not have tickets for the World Cup matches can enter Qatar without a Haya card.



However, those who want to watch the game sitting at the stadium, i.e. those traveling with tickets, must register on the Haya online platform.

Ticketless travelers from other GCC countries, namely Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, can enter Qatar without a Haya card, the announcement said. The country's border points will be opened for them from Today,Tuesday.


 

As well as by air, there will be regular bus services at the border crossings for travelers who wish to enter Qatar by land. Parking space will be allocated. But it will not require any additional money.



However, travelers from GCC countries who wish to travel to Qatar via land border by private vehicle will be able to enter from December 8. This requires applying for a permit on the Qatar Ministry of Interior website at least 12 hours before travel. But no permit fee is required for it.



Earlier, Qatar allowed entry of travelers without World Cup tickets from anywhere in the world from December 2.


The Qatari Ministry of Interior said that a fan without a ticket will be allowed to enter Qatar only if he has a Haya card, a booked hotel reservation and a fee of 500 Qatari riyals (about 13,870 Bangladeshi rupees).



However, Qatar authorities announced last month that football fans without match tickets would be allowed to enter. They said an entry fee of 500 riyals is required for children age of 12 years and older to enter the country. But if the age is less than 12 years any fee will not be charged.
